12 Days of Christmas gift tags - free chart

Hello stitchy friends!

This cute little mouse is our free chart for day eight!

As with our other free charts, you can change the colours to suit what you have in your thread stash. Don't have grey thread for the mouse? Then why not use a pale beige colour? The little gift that the mouse is holding can be stitched in any colour, and since it's only nine stitches, you really don't need much thread at all!

For this tag, we used a pre-made tag, and prepared our stitching the same way as we did on day one. The stitching was glued to the tag then a jute ribbon was wrapped around the tag then some jute twine ( that looks like bakers twine!) was wrapped round on to of the ribbon then tied in a bow.

Simple and effective!
