Free Cross Stitch Chart: Santa Please Stop Here!
Happy October dear stitchy friends!
And we all know that the start of the month brings a new free chart in our 'A Year of Christmas Stitching' series - and here it is!

For the young and young at heart, let Santa know where has has to stop with those presents!
We used the design to make a door hanger and decided to use a pre-made one for speed. Sometimes you don't have the time to do everything handmade - and that's ok!
You can of course make your own door hanger by attaching your design onto some felt and adding a ribbon for hanging.

Don't want to make a door hanger? Then this design would also make a sweet little ornament.
The little snowman on his own (without the lettering) would also make a great Christmas card.....there's always lots of ways to use our designs :)

How do you make a door hanger like this?
Simply cut the design five squares from the outermost stitch and then fray one row. Back the design with iron-on interfacing then attach the stitching to some blue card then some red card. Simply glue the stitching to the pre-made door hanger and your done!
How simple is that? :)
Of course you can paint the wooden door hanger before you attach the stitching for a fun and bright finish.
However you finish this design, Santa will know where to stop - fingers crossed he's bringing some stitchy supplies as gifts!
Happy stitching!
