Video: Which embroidery floss is best?
Hi stitchers!
I've been wanting to do this video for a long time now - I've seen so many people in groups talk about which threads they use and what they like best, and I thought it would be fun to do a test and see which Rhona liked best... but without telling her the brands of the threads!
In this video, I have chosen 5 different threads for Rhona to stitch with and compare - Anchor, DMC, Sulky, Paxcoo, and CXC. (For reference, Rhona usually stitches with DMC, and I tend to use Paxcoo a lot for my small projects). She has to guess which thread is which brand without seeing the labels.
So let us know - what threads do you usually use? Do you like a particular thread more than other threads? Were you surprised by which thread Rhona liked best, or by any of her guesses?
